Meet the Team
Don Sinclair
CHAIRMAN
Donald R. Sinclair has over 35 years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer, a Chief Risk Officer, and an investor in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Sinclair served as Chief Executive Officer of Western Gas Partners and Western Gas Equity Partners from 2009 to 2019, and as a Senior Vice President of Anadarko from 2013 to 2017. Prior to joining Anadarko and Western Gas, Mr. Sinclair was a founding partner of Ceritas Energy, LLC, a midstream energy company headquartered in Houston with operations in Texas, Wyoming, and Utah, and served as its President from 2003 to 2009. He previously worked as one of the first risk managers in the oil and gas industry as Chief Risk Officer at Natural Gas Clearing House in the early 1990’s.
Mr. Sinclair is the former Chairman of the Texas Tech Foundation and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University.
TIMOTHY J. KRAMER
Chief Executive Officer
Timothy J. Kramer has over 25 years of industry experience as a Chief Commercial Officer and portfolio manager. Mr. Kramer was the Chief Commercial Officer for various Blackstone Group portfolio companies, including Kindle Energy, Lightstone Generation, Lonestar Generation and Transmission Developers Inc. As Chief Commercial Officer for Conectiv Energy, he directly managed the liquidation of Conectiv Energy’s residual portfolio at a profit and ahead of schedule after the Calpine asset divestiture, including the sale of 5,000 MW of load, wind, hydro, landfill, gas, tolls, and coal.
Mr. Kramer is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served as commissioned officer on a Knox class frigate and as an Engineering Instructor at the Surface Warfare Officers School Command. He holds a Master of Science, Accounting, and an MBA, Marketing, from the University of Rhode Island, and is a Certified Financial Risk Manager by Global Association of Risk Professionals.
CHARLES WYMAN
CHIEF FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Charles Wyman has over 35 years of experience in research and investment management. As Head of Global Credit Research at Pacific Investment Management Co (PIMCO), Mr. Wyman built and ran PIMCO’S credit research teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia and also served as Chairman of PIMCO’s Counterparty Risk Committee. He previously was an Institutional Investor ranked energy analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global High Yield Group, which he joined after 10 years at Lehman Brothers in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, equity capital markets, and equity research. Wyman holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
